Grief Support Groups |

Ongoing group sessions facilitated by qualified professionals provide avenues for learning and coping with the loss of a loved one.
The grief workshop is designed to help understand grief and that what is being felt is normal. All groups are open to the entire community.

Widow and Widowers Social Group |

A safe, casual setting for people to meet for coffee on Saturday morning and chat. This is open to the community and meets at Klamath Hospice
from
10 a.m. to 11 a.m. |

Camp Evergreen |
 |
A youth bereavement camp held annually every summer, Camp Evergreen provides open communication about death and dying, a chance for youth to grieve with understanding and acceptance, to laugh, be silly and remember that life must go on. Camp counselors are experienced and sensitive to the issues of grief. Campers have the opportunity to participate in regular camping activities such as swimming, hay rides, campfires, etc. as well as specialized activities geared toward the grieving process. Bereavement Support for Family and Friends of Klamath Hospice Patients |
Regular contact is made for a period of twelve months following the death of the patient. Through this contact, a combination of emotional support, education and guidance is offered, in addition to ongoing assessment regarding the grieving response.
