Full-Time Case Manager Registered Nurse (RN)

The Case Manager Registered Nurse is a professional member of the

hospice interdisciplinary team who provides skilled nursing care to

patients in compliance with the Nurse Practice Act, the regulations of

the State Board of Nursing and the policies and procedures of Klamath

Hospice, Inc. A Case Manager is responsible for planning,

coordinating, providing, and documenting care for terminally ill

patients from day of admission through day of discharge.

Availability for weekends a plus!

 

This position offers an excellent benefits package including fully paid

RN Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Oregon, with ability to obtain licensure in state of California

  • Experience as an RN commensurate with ONE of the following: one year acute care experience within the last three years; one year home health care experience within the last three years; one year community health or public health experience within the last three years; one year hospice experience within the last three years; or, have a baccalaureate degree in nursing from a program accredited by the National League of Nursing.

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to supervise staff and other professionals

  • Basic computer knowledge. Ability to obtain proficiency in EMR program.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of general nursing theory and practice

  • Current BCLS certification

  • Possess valid state driver’s license and reliable automobile and be willing to operate personal car necessitated by nature of job

  • Proof of current automobile insurance with minimum state financial responsibility limits

 

Preferred applicant will be required to pass a background check

and pre-employment drug screen, following a job offer.

Staff Accountant (Full-Time)

The Staff Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate financial

records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with

applicable accounting standards and regulations. This individual

works with the Executive Director to develop the annual budget and

helps prepare for filing the agency’s tax statements. This role supports

the organization’s financial operations by managing general ledger

activities, reconciling accounts, and assisting with month-end and

year-end close processes.

 

The Staff Accountant also oversees billing functions, including

accounts receivable and accounts payable. This position plays a key role in supporting financial reporting, internal controls, and overall financial integrity.

 

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field required

  • At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in accounting or a related field

  • Experience in general financial functions required

  • Ability to read and analyze financial reports

  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Familiarity with accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks.
